Struggles

What is it when your body seems to be standing still, but your mind is traveling ahead of you and you can’t seem to catch it? That is what I have been feeling like the past few days maybe even weeks. Is it because there are so many things that are on my to do list and I am reacting too them and not being proactive and living in the present and moving into the tasks one at at time;  instead thinking about them all and getting nothing done? Yes I believe that maybe what I am doing. So what have I learn in past three years that will help me to go about this differnetly?

#1 Look at each task and ask what can I do now that will help me get to have the end that I desire.

#2 If I finish this task then I move on the the next and so on and so…….

#3 Plan. Okay this is the most important. Making that a goal for the day and looking at the goal to create the end of my day.

#4 Preparing. Another very important part of what I have learned by experience. If I prepare and write the plan down I gain the confidence to go forward.

#5 Go forward not backwards I have had a plan in place for months now and on the days that I follow that plan I create the end to my day that I desire. But on the days that I go away from the plan that is prepared I tend to go backwards, but experience has taught me that I can stop the behavior and get back to the plan.

So here goes I will go back to the plan off for my walk and then I will look at the next task.
