		<description>down 6.1lbs now and working on another couple this week. I am thinking I will follow your lead and take two weeks off and do the cabbage soup again unless I do well in the next two weeks without it . If I keep the momentum going I will just stick to my DPA.</description>

		<description>I wanted to be in the 180s for my birthday and I am there at of WI (unofficial) yesterday, and I lost another 1 at (unofficial WI) this morning for a total of 5.3 and tomorrow is the last day.  I plan on going back to my DPA and keepin on from there.  I will not go back to the Wendie plan unless I slow and even then I may just do this soup regime again instead. Thankyou so much my friend.  Because you are here for me I made that mini goal happen:)
How is BootCamp going?</description>

		<description>I would try the cabbage soup for a week but I am not a soup lover as it is, so it would be pure punishment for me to have to eat it for a week. Maybe I should try anyhow.  Bootcamp sounds interesting too. I am doing Latin Dance with the Wii dance. It is fun and the workout goes by so quick. Just trying to keep up with the moves is great work.</description>
