This morning as I was getting ready for a new day I reflected on the past three days and how easy it is to fall back into old roadways. But the ease with that led to a place that I do not what to stay. I have done a lot of hard work to reach this goal of heath and thinner and that is the point, the best results come from hard work. I look backwards to gain the winning outcomes for the journey. Yesterday I worked physically hard in my yard and this morning as I look out at my yard and took the joy of knowing that I had done all that hard physical labor to gain a beautiful look to the gardens, so too I want the beautiful results in my life, so hard work it is b/c I know that I have the learned experience to make the hard work pay off.
