I have learned to do a lot of cognitive thinking. I have found out why I do things, why things bother me and why I let them get under my skin and control my thoughts and bad eating habits. I know I have a lot to offer, as in my thoughts and opinions, concerns and I know that others value that. I have a better attitude about things and in times of anxiety am better at handling them. I know that I can’t control the outcome of some things and that’s okay.
I don’t need food to be my comfort. When I’m stressed I find that I don’t need to eat to feel better.
I feel that this I have learned over the past weeks. It was all there — just needed to be brought out in the open where I could see it for myself.

| “MaryAnne, I just wanted to thank you for the coaching session we did. I learned SO much and have been able to change things that weren’t working for me. I learned more about how I am and most important how to get to where I wanted to be. I feel more focused and am working on one things at a time instead of jumping around. Thank you so much, I continue to learn such valuable lessons from you.”
