Hold tight to your dreams my friend, for in keeping focus we see progress no matter how large or small, fast or slow it is still progress. Take my running for example. I started in the spring and had to quit because I hurt my knee, but I did not toss the dream, I said, not today but someday. This morning I ran for 25 minutes straight again. I think I am up to 2.5kms now and it was easier today than Tuesday. I expect it to get easier every day, I expect to run faster as the time passes, I expect to become fitter, slimmer, & to run further. I expect that I will be running a 5k in the future. I didn't even think that far when I started, just wanted to run, now I see the possibilities that await me. Have a blessed day:)
