As the Scales fall away from my eyes.

When I was making  the decision to leave my job as a nurse, and retire into civilian life I made plans as to  what I would  like  my day to look like.  I  started routines for my day’s start and the day’s ending. It was going very well. It became a part of who I was. But there was a part of my day that I didn’t like. The afternoon. I would have a fast start to my day and a strong end, but the after lunch to supper time was my downfall. So what was happening, why could I not have the same desired results for that time of my day?  I became proactive in my search for answers. They came swift and it felt like Scales falling from my eyes. Like  Saul in Acts 9:18. The scales fell from my eyes and I saw the answer. Make a routine for this time of day! AH HA was it that simply? Yes it was!  I set out with goals and routines and this has lead to my days starting fast, they are purpose driven and they end strong.
