What has been your experience with eating healthy ?

How many times have you tried and relapsed in a plan to gain a handle on your journey to a healthy thinner you?

The fundamentals of good health, known and proven for so long, are available to anyone who decides they want to fully enjoy the enormous benefits of healthy living.

The blessings and joys of good health and fitness can be yours when you choose to make them priorities in your life.

Four years ago I made a decision that has forever changed my perception of what it means to live a healthy life style.  On September 11, 2006, two friends and I joined a local class to lose our excess weight.

As I was beginning to see results from the program that I was following, I also began to see that losing the weight was just one part of my Interpersonal Wellness.  This begun a yearlong study of Interpersonal wellness coaching at the Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc. Life Coaching Centre under the direction of Joyce Odidison.  I will be completing the course at the end of July of this year 2010 and will gain my certification by the Fall 2010.

We have Interpersonal Wellness when we can say that our relationship with self and others, has positive vibrations, we manage our conflicts, we are self aware, we have collaboration, have a sense of belonging, we have esteem and power and of course have fun.

In order to gain this type of wellness our interpersonal wellness system will need attention.

That system includes some of the following

Family and personal growth                                                                        Personal impact

Emotional                                                                                                          Financial
